1. Complete the New Student Application
2. Attend an in-person Enrollment session.
Please bring the following:
Provide the following documents:
A copy of your child's birth certificate
A copy of the Baptismal certificate
A copy of the social security card
Immunization records sent directly from your doctor's office
For students requesting admission to Holy Family from other schools, provide transfer documents from the previous school, along with a copy of the most recent report card. Students applying for transfer into Grades 7 and 8 will be asked to schedule an interview with the Principal.
Submit a required, non-refundable family application fee of $50. This fee is subject to change and is non-refundable.
For Catholic applicants, obtain a letter from your pastor indicating your family is registered.
For Catholic families outside of our sponsoring parishes, St. Frances Cabrini and Queen of the Universe, obtain a letter from their pastor indicating whether or not their parish willcontribute $1,000.00 toward your family tuition.
Bring documents along with a $50.00 application fee to enroll.
