Obtain a letter from your Pastor indicating the family’s membership in good standings. (Catholic applicants only). Catholic families outside of the sponsoring churches, obtain a letter stating whether your pastor will contribute $1,000 toward your family tuition.
Provide the following documents:
A copy of your child’s birth certificate
A copy of the Baptismal certificate
A copy of the social security card
Immunization records sent directly from your doctor’s office
For students requesting admission to Holy Family from other schools, provide transfer documents from the previous school, along with a copy of the most recent report card. Students applying for transfer into Grades 7 and 8 will be asked to schedule an interview with the Principal.
Submit a required, non-refundable family registration fee. This fee is subject to change and is non-refundable.
