The Holy Family C.A.R.E.S. program (Children Are Receiving Extended Services) is a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional before- and after-school child care programs.
C.A.R.E.S. is designed to help parents ensure that their child is in a safe, nurturing environment before and after school.

C.A.R.E.S. Registration
To register your child for C.A.R.E.S., please complete the C.A.R.E.S. Registration Form and return it with your $20 registration fee to the school office (cash or check made out to Holy Family Regional Catholic School).
C.A.R.E.S uses Kinderline for managing fees and attendance.
For existing families, the registration fee will be added to Kinderline account.
C.A.R.E.S. Hours and Location
- Before School: 7 am - 7:45 am
- After School: 2:50 pm - 6 pm
- Pre-K hours: 2:30 pm - 6 pm
C.A.R.E.S. is held in the school cafeteria. Please drop off and pick up your child using the ramp entrance to the cafeteria, facing the church and parking lot.
C.A.R.E.S. is available on half-days except for the day before the Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter holidays. Please provide a lunch for your child on half-days.
C.A.R.E.S. Fees
- $6.50 per hour for the first child
- $5.50 per hour for each additional child in the family
Fees include snack and juice in the afternoon. Each family will be billed bi-monthly. The fee must be paid within one week for your child to continue in the program.
Inclement Weather/Emergencies
- In case of a delay/late opening, the C.A.R.E.S. morning program will not be available.
- In case of an emergency and someone other than yourself needs to pick up your child/children, please make sure you send in a note, or call the school at 215-269-9600 to notify us. The person picking up your child will need to show a driver's license for identification purposes.
