Application Process

Thank you for your interest in Holy Family Regional Catholic School!

To complete the application process, you will be asked to upload documents or provide information in the FACTS application online form:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate, if applicable
  • Immunization Records from the doctor's office or downloaded from the patient portal
  • Current/Previous Report Cards*
  • Standardized Test Scores*
  • Educational/Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results (504/IEP/IU-ER), if applicable
  • Completed FACTS Tuition Management account setup
*Mandatory for students currently in 3rd-7th Grade. Students applying for transfer into Grades 7 and 8 will be asked to schedule an interview with the Principal.

After you have completed the application requirements, a Submit Application and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application along with the non-refundable application fee of $50.

Please Note: Your information will be saved if you are unable to finish. You have the flexibility to log in again later to submit your application.
